How an order is prepared
- Product requirement review. We start from your application, format and destination.
- Format confirmation. Block or bag, low EC or high EC, grading and dimensions are settled in writing.
- Packaging confirmation. Wrapping, labelling and any private label artwork are agreed before production.
- General product checking. Material is checked against the agreed requirement before packing.
- Loading preparation. The loading configuration is planned around your destination and handling method.
- Destination document review. The document set is reviewed against the requirements that apply to your destination.
Product specifications are confirmed per quotation and order. Every quotation states the checks and documents that apply to that order, so there is no ambiguity about what you are buying.
Independent testing
Independent third party testing may be discussed for qualified commercial inquiries. Where testing is agreed, the parameters and the laboratory are set out in the quotation so both sides know what will be measured.
We do not publish a historical laboratory result as a guarantee for future supply. A single past analysis describes one sample at one point in time. It is not a promise about material that has not been produced yet, and treating it as one would be misleading.
Why we do not publish specification values
Figures such as electrical conductivity, pH, moisture content, expansion yield and particle grading vary between batches and between grades. Publishing a fixed number would give you a figure you could not rely on when your container arrives. Instead, these read Confirmed during quotation across the product pages, and the values that apply to your order are agreed before you commit.
Documentation
Buyers frequently ask which documents accompany an import. Common categories include the commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, phytosanitary certificate, fumigation documentation, certificate of analysis, and an import permit where applicable.
The final document set depends on the destination, product, transaction, and current authority requirements. We do not publish actual documents from any shipment, and we do not offer public downloads of internal files.
