Drying and screening

Cocopeat is dried and screened at our production partner's site in East Java before compression.

Stage 03 · Compression

Block pressing

Screened material is compressed into 5 kg blocks. Press settings follow the agreed moisture target.

Weight check

Blocks are weighed against the 5 kg target before packing. Off-weight blocks do not ship.

Label application

Pallet labels carry product grade, batch code and origin, matched against the packing list.

Stage 06 · Palletizing

Pallet check

Wrapped pallets are dimension-checked and strapped on ISPM-15 timber before release to loading.

Container stuffing

Pallets are stuffed by forklift; floor-loaded shipments are hand-stacked to use the full cube.

Sealed and documented

Stuffing is supervised and photographed; documents are issued and sent before the vessel sails.

Quality control

Twelve checks between husk and bill of lading.

Quality control here is not a slogan. It is a sequence. Each step below is part of how every order is prepared and released.

QC 01

Batch selection

Raw material is selected at intake; husk quality decides everything downstream.

QC 02

Washing (low EC)

Washed grades are rinsed to reduce natural salts before drying.

QC 03

Drying

Material is dried toward the agreed moisture target before screening.

QC 04

Screening

Sieving controls particle size and removes fibre and foreign matter.

QC 05

EC check

Conductivity is checked against the grade agreed in the quotation.

QC 06

pH check

pH is verified in suspension alongside EC.

QC 07

Moisture check

Moisture is checked before compression, it drives block weight and hydration behaviour.

QC 08

Weight control

Every packed format has a target weight; blocks are checked on the scale.

QC 09

Packing inspection

Wrapping, strapping and labels are inspected on the pallet.

QC 10

Stuffing supervision

Loading is supervised and photographed door-to-seal.

Independent analysis

Third-party laboratory analysis (SUCOFINDO) is arranged as agreed per shipment.

Document preparation

Invoice, packing list, B/L, phytosanitary, COO, fumigation and CoA are prepared and checked.
