Private label cocopeat
Private label means the product carries your brand rather than ours. This guide covers what can carry your artwork, what you need to supply, how approval works, and the ownership question that has to be settled before anything is printed.

What can carry your brand
- The wrap on a compressed block.

What you need to supply
- Print ready artwork, with fonts outlined or supplied.
- The languages the pack must carry, and any legal wording your market requires.
- Any barcode or product code that must appear, and who issued it.
- Colour references, if colour matching matters to you.
Print method, material and the achievable colour result are agreed before production, because they depend on the pack format.
How approval works
- Brief
- You describe the pack, the format and the market it is going into.
- Artwork
- You supply artwork. We confirm what is printable on the chosen pack format.
- Proof
- A proof is agreed in writing before any production run. Nothing is printed against an unapproved file.
- Production
- The approved proof becomes the reference for the run.
Two things to settle before printing
First, ownership. Confirm in writing that the artwork is yours to use, including any image, mark or typeface inside it. This protects both sides, and it is the reason we do not reuse a design supplied by one buyer for anyone else.
Second, claims. Any performance figure printed on a pack becomes a public statement that has to hold. Expansion volume, salt content, grading and similar values are confirmed for your order during quotation, and a printed claim should not go beyond what has been confirmed to you in writing.
If your market requires a specific declaration on pack, raise it at the brief stage rather than at the proof stage.
What is confirmed rather than published
Minimum quantities for a private label run, print lead times and artwork limits all depend on the pack format and the run size.
Agrorise does not publish a figure for this until it has been confirmed against your order. Where you see "Confirmed during quotation" on this site, it means the value depends on the material selected and the specification agreed with you, not that the information is being withheld.
