Quality control
Quality is a sequence, not a sentence.
Anyone can write "premium quality" on a website. What we can show instead: the twelve checks an order passes between husk intake and bill of lading, and the independent laboratory report behind our low EC grade.

This report describes the tested sample. Batch analysis for your shipment, and the laboratory that issues it, is agreed in the quotation.
The sequence
Twelve checks, in order.
Batch selection
Raw material is selected at intake; husk quality decides everything downstream.
Washing (low EC)
Washed grades are rinsed to reduce natural salts before drying.
Drying
Material is dried toward the agreed moisture target before screening.
Screening
Sieving controls particle size and removes fibre and foreign matter.
EC check
Conductivity is checked against the grade agreed in the quotation.
pH check
pH is verified in suspension alongside EC.
Moisture check
Moisture is checked before compression, it drives block weight and hydration behaviour.
Weight control
Every packed format has a target weight; blocks are checked on the scale.
Packing inspection
Wrapping, strapping and labels are inspected on the pallet.
Stuffing supervision
Loading is supervised and photographed door-to-seal.
Independent analysis
Third-party laboratory analysis (SUCOFINDO) is arranged as agreed per shipment.
Document preparation
Invoice, packing list, B/L, phytosanitary, COO, fumigation and CoA are prepared and checked.
Why the scale matters
A container is bought by weight. So we check it.
An importer paying for 5 kg blocks is paying for compressed substrate mass, off-weight blocks quietly change the economics of the whole container. Weight checks before packing are the least glamorous step in the sequence and one of the most commercially important.
The same logic drives moisture control: water is weight. A moisture window keeps the product honest and the hydration behaviour predictable at destination.
